  Met Charles and Marcella. Did an upgrade very good service. They are much better than the other Verizon retailers in town. Better than the Verizon corporate store in San Luis Obispo

  Could not recommend this location enough. Came in with a broken device needing replacement and I was promptly greeted by Charles and he walked me through all my options and exemplified wonderful customer service, additionally, just a friendly person overall. Moreover, both Donovan and Charles went above and beyond by getting me the most back in credit value towards my broken device that I relinquished over to the store. Ultimately resulted in me getting some neat accessories in store. They really turned my day around with the wonderful customer experience I received. I went from broken phone to brand new phone and some added "goodies." So if your looking to upgrade or any other service needs I would highly recommend this crew, they will take great care of you!
