  Staff are incompetent. I told the sales rep I wanted to pay the 10 dollars needed to upgrade my phone, he decided to charge my card for $340 then tried to hide it. Once the sales rep realized he was in over his head, his manager called Verizon to refund my money. They told me I'd get my money back and now we can start the upgrade. I left and went to Best Buy. Best Buy called Verizon and told me I needed to wait until I got my money back before I upgrade or I wouldn't get my money back. These sales reps are complete idiots. Please don't go there. Also it's been 48 hours, still no money!
